Digitize paper records and manage document scanning.
Record Retrieval and Storage:
Organize the secure storage of physical and electronic records.
Implement record retention schedules and facilitate authorized disposal of outdated records.
Quality Control:
Regularly audit medical records for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with doctors and nurses to rectify any discrepancies.
Support Services:
Respond to requests for medical information from patients, legal entities, and external agencies, with proper authorization.
