- **Patient records**: Maintaining patient data, including coding medical records, collecting, processing, and arranging records
- **Death reports**: Collecting death information from wards, preparing death reports, and sending them to the corporation
- **Discharge files**: Entering discharge files into the discharge analysis register, and arranging discharged records by month
- **Wound certificates**: Issuing wound certificates to the police
- **Research**: Retrieving records for research or study purposes
- **Corrections**: Organizing corrections to death reports requested by patient relatives
- **Supervision**: Supervising employees who use patient medical data
- **Training**: Training and supervising junior staff or interns
- **Communication**: Coordinating with healthcare providers and communicating with medical staff, administrative personnel, and external agencies

Medical records professionals should also have collaboration skills, as they often work with other healthcare employees to determine the best care options for patients.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
