Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or relevant standards.
  • Reconcile account balances and bank statements; maintain general ledger and prepare month-end close procedures.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, utilities, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
