Accounting Officer

Accounting Officer Chelson Gordon (CG) is an international consultancy firm specialised in educational institutions services. Our reach extends across 7 countries, including Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Australia, demonstrating our global impact. This role provides global exposure to supporting the business functions related to accounting and financial management. We are seeking talented individuals with an accounting background who are enthusiastic about performing international financial management responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities

Invoice Management


• Collecting and organising the invoices from both from domestic and overseas vendors.


• Verify invoice details, ensuring accuracy, prior to the payment.

Accounts Payable/Receivable


• Process supplier and vendor payments in accordance with company policies and timelines.


• Perform the expense claim and reimbursement according to the timeline.


• Generate and issue invoices to clients.

Bookkeeping


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.


• Assist in bookkeeping


• Reconcile bank statements and the company's transactions

Financial reports and analysis


• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.


• Provide financial data and insights to support business forecasting.


• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Operational support


• Support other operations of the business, such as registering the company, submitting the necessary documents, and reviewing the relevant agreement.

Mandatory Qualification


• Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or pursuing the qualification.


• We accept fresh graduates and interns.


• Proficiency in computer and research skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)


• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


• Proficiency in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, and Reading)


• Able to communicate and work in an English-speaking working environment.
