Key Responsibilities:
Pre Screening Round -
Associate Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities including offer letters, background checks, and documentation.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain associate records and update HR systems.
HR Operations
- Handle Associate data management.
- Support day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain HR documents, policies, and records with confidentiality.
Payroll Operations
- Assist in handling employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and benefits.
Offboarding
- Ensure smooth exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
- Maintain exit records and documentation.
Talent Acquisition
- Support the recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
