Key Responsibilities:

Pre Screening Round -

Associate Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities including offer letters, background checks, and documentation.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain associate records and update HR systems.

HR Operations

  • Handle Associate data management.
  • Support day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain HR documents, policies, and records with confidentiality.

Payroll Operations

  • Assist in handling employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and benefits.

Offboarding

  • Ensure smooth exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain exit records and documentation.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds.
  • Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
