Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, when required.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software .
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry-specific knowledge (Chemical).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing high-value accounts or enterprise clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350, ₹700,000.00 per year
