Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, when required.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry-specific knowledge (Chemical).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts or enterprise clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹700,000.00 per year
