Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Handle end-to-end compliance for trademark registration & protection.
  • Manage NBFC (non-banking financial company) formation, ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines.
  • Oversee private limited company formation, including ROC filings, MOA/AOA drafting, and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for businesses, including tax filings and annual compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate laws, RBI regulations, and other applicable rules.
  • Identify relevant government and private tenders.
  • Prepare tender documents, bids, and proposals as per the requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria and submission guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation and approvals.
  • Track tender status, follow up on bid progress, and ensure timely submission.
