Position: Supply Chain analyst (Data analyst Manufacturing)

Shift : 12 PM to 9 PM Us shift time 5 days (Hybrid & pick & drop)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong understanding of

manufacturing operations and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The ideal

candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational data,

identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights to optimize manufacturing

processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA,

etc.) to monitor performance and identify trends.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) such

as throughput, yield, downtime, and cycle time.

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to understand process

challenges and propose data-backed solutions.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and recommend corrective

actions.

  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and

accuracy.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling

manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Data Science, or a

related field.

  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or data analytics within a

production environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes (e.g., lean manufacturing,

Six Sigma, SPC).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning in a manufacturing

context.

  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
