Job Description

R&D AI Operations Coordinator

Department: R&D
Location: Burlington, ON, Canada

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company and department policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Continuously track R&D projects to ensure projects are on time.
  • Ensure communication and information is consistent and communicated to engineering and production.
  • Create, edit and maintain technical documentation including preparation of technical articles and testing documentation.
  • Communicate with different R&D project groups to track and map project completion.
  • Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality documentation with minimal supervision and communicate project statuses effectively.
  • Maintain the filing system and ensure processes are organized and updated.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred; a background in Neuroscience and Behavioral Psychology is a plus.
  • Strong research background.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm, cool, and collected demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Hobby Python coder (great to have).
