Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a solid background in the Tyre or Rubber industry to manage and grow B2B client relationships across the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to drive revenue through effective market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the B2B client portfolio across dealers, distributors, OEMs, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the tyre and rubber market.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
  • Handle client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, dispatch, and customer service.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tyre / Rubber / Automotive Sales (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, dealer management, and distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan territory visits and manage field operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
