Tech Lead

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
- Create functional and technical specification documents.
- Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources.
- Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
- Review functional and technical specification documents.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders.
- Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
- Provide application production support according to process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software quality processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents.
- Familiarity with tracking open tickets/inidents in queue and allocating them to resources.
- Understanding of RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
