Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Technical Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI-powered pricing solutions in the healthcare domain. This role will drive the intersection of artificial intelligence and product strategy to deliver intelligent pricing models that improve affordability, access, and profitability across our healthcare offerings.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, pricing, and finance teams to define and execute product roadmaps that leverage AI for dynamic and value-based pricing.
You will work with the team and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of a product's features and functionality. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners, and Developers.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI-based pricing tools and platforms in healthcare.
- Translate business goals and pricing challenges into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build, test, and deploy pricing algorithms.
- Partner with pricing and finance teams to align pricing strategies with market dynamics.
- Drive product discovery, user research, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful adoption of AI pricing solutions.
- Monitor product performance, model accuracy, and business impact; iterate based on feedback and data.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support pricing simulations and scenario planning using real-world data and synthetic datasets.
- Communicate insights and pricing recommendations to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Demonstrate strategic-level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Engage frequently (50 PERCENT of the time) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing, and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions.
- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
- Partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development processes.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Be an expert in Agile Methodology.
- Bachelors in technology and Masters in Business Administration.
- 6-8 years of experience in product management, with 2 years in AI/ML or data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, integrations, digital thread.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with pricing methodologies would be a plus.
- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technologies and approaches to solving problems.
- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts.
- Has the ability to analyze the impact of technology choices.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the competitive environment.
- Pre-emptively sees downstream consequences and effectively tailors influencing strategy to support a positive outcome.
- Able to verbalize what is behind decisions and downstream implications; continuously reflecting on success and failures to improve performance and decision-making.
- Understands when change is needed; participates in technical strategy planning.
- Able to effectively direct and mentor others in critical thinking skills.
- Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices.
- Finds important patterns in seemingly unrelated information.

- Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal even when odds and setbacks render one path impassable.
- Innovates and integrates new processes and/or technology to significantly add value to GE.
- Identifies how the cost of change weighs against the benefits and advises accordingly.
