Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Global People team product owners/ stakeholders to create business case document, perform GAP analysis by studying processes, current operations & propose solutions, create process flow diagrams to reflect current state, analyze options to define future state & turning the solutions into business and functional requirement documents, configure, define Quality Assurance solutions including creation of detailed test plans and scripts, identification of test cases, review of test scenarios, analysis of test results & troubleshooting identified defects, conduct functional, regression and user acceptance testing, train end users and deploy product in a timely manner. 
  • Suggest observed solutions to make processes more efficient via automated/ streamlined solutions where possible, utilizing all technology options available to enhance the client experience.
  • Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
  • Analysis and assessment of business needs and cross-functional impacts by offering full support technology solutions.
  • Goal driven – focused on business development, service excellence, demonstrate strong execution qualities and help clients meet their requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, handle enhancements, engage in client relationship management, be the SME for one's portfolio, drive change, support the effective delivery of applications and ensure that the standards within the team are developed and maintained.
  • Proactively identify, plan and, through the team, implement process improvements across functions that will increase efficiency thereby enhancing client experience.
  • Responsible for query management, triage and proving corresponding solution(s). Ensure issues are resolved timely, accurately and efficiently. 
  • Effectively communicate with all levels in an organization using non-technical language and leveraging those skills to successfully work with virtual (international) teams and across different functions. 

Technical Skills:

  • Prior experience in Business Analysis as an individual contributor and as part of a team in larger projects, Implementation, Upgrade, Enhancement and Technology Support projects across HR Technologies and should have worked with global clients.
  • Proven ability to document meeting minutes, fit-gap documents, requirements, issues, and outcomes. Create detailed status reports regularly.

Technical Requirements:

  • MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Word) – Intermediate Level
  • Analytical tools like PowerBI, Excel etc.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (or) Master of Business Administration.
