Role and Responsibilities: As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Having a good understanding of the Property & Casualty and/or Life & Annuities, Group Insurance domain, and having experience in at least one of the operational areas - New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing.
- Demonstrating good knowledge in either Personal or Commercial Lines specific to the North American Geography, preferably in the Property & Casualty domain.
- Having exposure to P&C custom off-the-shelf products like the Guidewire Insurance Suite, with a specific focus on Claim Center.
- Possessing experience in analysis, requirement gathering, elicitation, documentation, and testing.
- Being willing to undertake frequent travels - short term or long term - across the globe.
- Having good experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers.
- Having the ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings involving various business stakeholders.
- Being able to build and maintain client relationships, and comfortably converse with all facets in the client's organization.
- Contributing to the Insurance Center of Excellence (CoE) in driving RFI/RFP and other proposal activities, building knowledge capsules and training decks, and imparting training.
- Having excellent solution evaluation skills and driving technology solutions from a holistic and business value perspective.
- Having exposure/experience in Agile SCRUM and/or SAFe methodology.
- A good understanding of the insurance domain, with a specific focus on Property & Casualty and/or Life & Annuities, Group Insurance.
- Work experience in at least one of the operational areas - New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing.
- Knowledge and experience in either Personal or Commercial Lines specific to the North American Geography, preferably in the Property & Casualty domain.

- Capability to contribute to the Insurance Center of Excellence (CoE), driving RFI/RFP and other proposal activities, building knowledge capsules and training decks, and providing training.
