Functional Consultant in Mohali

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and ensuring smooth implementation of enterprise applications. This role serves as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design functional solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Configure, customize, and optimize ERP/CRM modules (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Salesforce as applicable).
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct functional testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and quality standards.
- Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
