Key Responsibilities

  • Creating & editing MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and sending email communications on behalf of company executive(s).
  • Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and taking care of meeting logistics.
  • Answering and responding to phone calls, communicating messages and information to the Directors.
  • Arranging for travel for the director, including booking of air tickets, hotel accommodation, etc.
  • Maintaining client database and various records and documents for company executive(s).
  • Assisting the directors with various projects.

Note: It is a front-desk position (work from the office). Hiring a female candidate based in the Mohali/Tri-City region. Having experience in travel, booking international air tickets, and hotel reservations would be a plus.
