Location: T2 Airport, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Diamond Jewellery Sales preferred)

We are a modern fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond studded jewellery. Witha focus on sustainable luxury and contemporary design, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to represent our brand at Mumbai International Airport (T2).

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and

collections.

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clienteling and after-sales service.
  • Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales (lab-grown or natural

diamonds).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
