Position: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Telecom Nagar, Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Associate Degree

Experience: 1 – 2 years

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Gender: Open for both Male & Female candidates

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Handle sales transactions, billing, and payment collection.
  • Maintain stock levels, ensure proper display, and update inventory.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly.

Key Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems preferred).
  • Customer-focused attitude with persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
