Role & responsibilities

  • Experience as Team Lead
  • Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), macOS(knowledge) and common business software (Office 365, email clients, etc.).
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

  • Experience with remote desktop support tools and IT helpdesk ticketing systems.

  • Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.\
