Role Overview :

As a
Solutions & Delivery Engineer

, you will be the bridge between our product, our customers, and our business teams. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize our security solutions, ensuring successful deployments and long-term adoption. This role requires a mix of hands-on technical skills, solution architecture capabilities, and strong customer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical deep-dives for prospects.
  • Prepare solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and deployment plans.

Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead the technical onboarding and deployment of our security products for enterprise customers.
  • Configure, integrate, and customize the solution based on customer environments (on-premise, hybrid, cloud).
  • Conduct user training and handover sessions for technical teams.

Customer Success & Support

  • Act as the primary technical contact during the delivery phase and early adoption stages.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with engineering and support teams.
  • Document configurations, deployment processes, and technical decisions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather customer feedback to improve implementation processes and product features.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, security threats, and relevant technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience:

2–5 years in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or security product implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (CSPM, CNAPP, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security configurations.
- Experience with Linux/Windows system administration.
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and API integrations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CCSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with security automation, scripting (Python, Bash), and DevSecOps tools.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
