Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for an Assistant Director. The Assistant Director will manage educational programs, oversee the Vidyasagar Learning Initiative, coordinate with team members, and ensure the smooth execution of projects. The role also involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress towards organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in educational program management and coordination
  • Strong strategic planning and resource allocation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to social impact
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
