Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Coordinator role located in Ghaziabad Office. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating after-sales services, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional support to customers. Tasks include liaising between customers and service providers, addressing and resolving service-related inquiries, ensuring service quality, and adhering to operational processes. The Service Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction across Quickserve's network.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Service Coordination and Operations Management to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient processes
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, service providers, and internal teams
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service to address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Experience in the after-sales or service industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
