Position: Sales Closing Manager

About the Role:

The
Closing Manager
will be responsible for converting scheduled meetings into successful business deals. You will lead presentations (online/offline), explain service packages, handle client queries, and ensure successful closures.

You'll work closely with the opener team and ensure every lead is effectively nurtured and converted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Google Meet or in-office meetings with potential clients scheduled by the opener team.
  • Present Lead Height's digital marketing solutions in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner.
  • Understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing to close deals.
  • Maintain follow-up with interested leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding after sales closure.

Training & Compensation:

  • Training Duration:
    15 days (paid training)
  • Training Payout:
    ₹200 per day (paid with the next month's salary)
  • Post-Training:
    Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or client handling (Digital Marketing / Advertising preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident in pitching services and negotiating deals.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
