Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor & Billing Specialist to join our project team in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction billing, cost control, and quantity surveying, with the ability to manage commercial functions independently across medium to large-scale building projects.

Estimation & Budgeting - Prepare Accepted Cost Estimates (ACE) and maintain monthly Job Cost Reports (JCR)Track budget performance and ensure alignment with project execution plansGenerate accurate cost forecasts, estimations, and resource allocations

Billing & Contractual Management - Prepare and submit progress bills, final bills, escalation claims, and variation ordersEnsure timely invoicing as per client contracts and BOQsInterpret and apply contract terms for billing accuracy and risk mitigationMonitor and leverage escalation clauses, EOT claims, and rate revisions

Cost Monitoring & Reporting - Coordinate with the site team to validate quantities and physical progressAnalyze cost trends and recommend value engineering or cost-saving measuresEnsure documentation, records, and audit readiness across all billing stages

Team Collaboration & Coordination - Work closely with the procurement, planning, and site execution teamsGuide and mentor junior QS staff; promote knowledge sharingRepresent billing and commercial matters during project review meetingsSalary

RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

Minimum 815 years of experience in construction billing and quantity surveying

Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, billing practices, and estimation tools

Proficiency in MS Excel, BOQ analysis, and ERP/project costing software

Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills

Ability to handle multi-site operations and work under tight deadlines
