Job Title: HR Manager (Hospital)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle hospital recruitment, employee management, payroll, attendance, and compliance activities. The candidate should ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff recruitment, joining, and exit formalities
- Maintain attendance, salary, and leave records
- Handle employee grievances and ensure HR policy compliance
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training
- Maintain statutory records (ESI, PF, etc.)
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR (hospital experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary: As per qualification and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
