Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Porbandar. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and overseeing construction workers and subcontractors. The candidate will also be responsible for project documentation and reporting on project progress.

  • Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Budgeting skills specific to construction projects
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
