Surveyor

**Job Title: Surveyor - NHAI Project**

**Department: Engineering / Construction**

**Location: Porbandar (Gujarat)**

**Job Purpose**:
To carry out all surveying and levelling activities at the project site to ensure accurate alignment, levels, and measurements as per NHAI standards, drawings, and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **topographical, contour, and cadastral surveys** for road alignment and related works.
- Establish and maintain **survey control points** and benchmarks at the site.
- Carry out **setting out work** for roads, structures, drains, culverts, and other infrastructure as per approved drawings.
- Prepare **survey reports, maps, and layouts** using AutoCAD and other survey software.
- Ensure accuracy of **horizontal and vertical alignments**, cross-sections, and profile levels.
- Conduct **as-built surveys** and assist in preparation of as-built drawings for submission to NHAI/consultant.
- Collaborate with **design and execution teams** for verifying dimensions and layouts before construction.
- Maintain and calibrate survey instruments such as **Total Station, DGPS, Auto Level, and Theodolite.**:

- Keep detailed **field records** and ensure proper documentation of survey data.
- Assist in **quantity verification** and reconciliation of executed works.
- Ensure compliance with **NHAI specifications, quality, and safety standards.**

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering** or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum **3-7 years of experience** in road/highway projects (preferably NHAI or state highway projects).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
