
Sales Executive

Shift Time: UK Time : 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm
Day light saving : 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with 1–2 years in outbound sales
- Prior exposure to logistics, freight, or supply chain is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident, professional phone demeanor
- Self-starter with a hunger to close deals and outperform targets
- High level of organization with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven sales approach
- Willingness to learn — full training in logistics and international freight processes provided
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound sales campaigns targeting importers and exporters across UK market.
- Develop a robust portfolio of B2B clients through strategic prospecting and consultative selling
- Nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend customized logistics services that meet operational and financial goals
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience
- Accurately maintain CRM data and sales pipelines, tracking key metrics and KPIs
- Stay abreast of industry trends, trade regulations, and market shifts in freight and logistics
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and customer engagement benchmarks
