Company Overview:Loop is building the enterprise co-pilot for restaurants, starting with delivery. Over the last 3 years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10x into a major source of restaurant revenue, throwing up fundamental operational and financial challenges. With Loop, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams with feedback.
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. In this role, you'll help identify great talent, coordinate interview processes, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. You will work closely with the TA team and hiring managers, gaining hands-on exposure to how recruiting operates in a fast-paced startup. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Support the TA team by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and online communities. Help build and maintain a strong pipeline for active and upcoming roles
- Screening & Coordination: Assist in reviewing profiles, conducting initial outreach, and coordinating interview schedules. Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers
- Candidate Experience Support: Help create a positive and timely experience for every candidate by managing updates, follow-ups, and logistics throughout the interview process
- Job Posting & Employer Branding: Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms. Contribute to employer branding efforts that showcase Loop AI's culture and opportunities
- Process & Documentation: Maintain accurate data on candidates, update tracking sheets/ATS, and assist with organising hiring dashboards or reports
- Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with the TA team and hiring managers to support pre-joining documentation, day-1 coordination, and a smooth onboarding handoff
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations. Prior internship or coursework is a plus but not mandatory
- Eagerness to learn sourcing, screening, and hiring processes in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or basic sourcing techniques is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable with taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
