Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership & Analysis

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Partner with the CEO/MD and executive team in decision-making and strategic planning.
• Drive business performance through financial insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS/GAAP).
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.).
• Manage tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax assessments/disputes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.

Risk Management & Governance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Establish strong internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
• Serve as a key liaison to the Board, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance from a reputed institute (CA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive financial experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic finance, capital raising, and stakeholder management.
