Manager - Accounts & Tax - Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as Manager - Accounts & Tax. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key & Financial Reporting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with IND AS.

- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually.

- Preparation and review financial statements and MIS reports as per the requirement.

- Ensuring accounting compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other relevant laws and

- Cashflow, Budgeting and Other reporting Manage direct and indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).

- Ensure timely filing of returns, advance tax payments, and assessments.

- Handle tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and coordination with consultants.

- Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business and leading the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory qualification.

- Minimum 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and taxation.

- Sound knowledge of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.

Key Skills:

- Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
