Job Summary:

Provide top-tier customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts to ensure a seamless moving experience.

Shift : US/Night Shift

Job Location: Centura Square IT Park, SG Barve Rd, opp. Lanxess India, Thane West, 400604

Salary: Flexible for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with movers and customers through phone, text, and email to manage scheduling, follow-ups, and overall logistical operations.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to ensure that all moves are executed in accordance with established requirements, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned relocation projects, providing responsive support and escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop rapport with customers to encourage positive Google and industry reviews
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with movers and project stakeholders to promote seamless coordination and execution.
  • Conduct initial video presentation to evaluate and pre-screen potential crew members in alignment with company standards and project needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹216,000.00 per year
