Role Overview

We are looking for
4 talented MES Application Developers

(2 in Chennai + 2 in Sonipat) to support and develop our
Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

and deliver a best-in-class IT service experience.

This role reports directly to the
IT Manager

.

Key Responsibilities
MES & Application Development

  • Develop and enhance
    MES applications, reporting modules, and analytics

.
- Build server-side logic, maintain central databases, and ensure
high performance

to support front-end systems.
- Design and support
BI dashboards and analytics solutions

.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Work with
    structured/unstructured data

to generate insights.
- Strong experience with
SQL databases

, data cleaning, processing, and ETL tasks in
MySQL, Oracle & MS SQL

.
- Ability to work on predictive modeling, data mining, and strategic analysis (advantageous).

Data Visualization

  • Build dashboards with
    aggregations, hierarchies, charts, filters, table calculations, trend lines

, and calculated measures.

Database Administration

  • Administer DB infrastructure with focus on
    performance, reliability, monitoring & troubleshooting

.
- Conduct regular
health checks, backups

, and performance tuning.

Technical Support & RCA

  • Troubleshoot software bugs/errors and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct
    Root Cause Analysis

and drive continuous improvement.
- Update the
Service Desk

regularly with ticket status and time reporting.
- Review open cases, escalate when required.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work collaboratively across teams and vendors.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal customers.
  • Produce clear documentation and follow established IT service delivery processes.
  • Must have
    strong English communication skills

(written & spoken).

Required Technical Skills

  • PHP

(without framework),
XDEBUG
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (
jQuery

), Bootstrap
- SQL, MySQL/MariaDB; other SQL DBs an advantage
- REST APIs, Git
- Linux (Advanced level)
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SDLC, testing, deployment, and support cycles

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any field
    with deep application development & support knowledge
  • 4–5 years

experience in a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing or an MNC environment preferred
