Job Overview

iAgami Technologies is seeking an experienced Aprso MES Technical Architect for a full-time executive position. The role requires a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be based in one of the following locations: Bengaluru, Chennai, Cochin, or Mumbai. This role will involve leveraging advanced knowledge of Apriso FlexNet and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support and enhance business processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in Apriso FlexNet (Mandatory skill) with a profound understanding of its integration and functionality within manufacturing processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) (Mandatory skill), managing complex systems to ensure streamlined operations and efficiency.
  • Experience with DELMIA Apriso (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to enhance and optimize manufacturing execution solutions.
  • Solid grasp of Supply Chain Management, including strategies to integrate and optimize supply chain processes effectively within MES contexts.
  • Extensive integration architecture skills, focusing on designing and implementing robust solutions for seamless system interoperability.
  • Advanced SQL Database Management capabilities, crucial for handling data-driven applications and ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, adept at leading teams through iterative development and continuous improvement processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, essential for diagnosing issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement effective MES solutions using Apriso FlexNet to support manufacturing operations and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the integration of MES with existing systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimized downtime.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support ongoing MES management and process enhancements.
  • Drive innovation in MES applications by leveraging the latest technological advancements to maintain competitive edge.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various levels to provide updates, address challenges, and align on strategic objectives.
  • Manage and maintain database structures to ensure data integrity and availability for critical manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct regular assessments of system performance, proposing enhancements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
