Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Smart Home Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Smart Home Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and installing smart home and building automation systems, including home audio-video solutions, security systems, and lighting automation. Daily tasks will also include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with designers and project leads, and ensuring timely delivery of customized solutions. Additionally, the role requires providing continuous support to clients post-installation to ensure seamless functioning of the systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in home automation systems, building automation, and audio-video installations
  • Knowledge of home theater systems, public addressing systems, and related technologies
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining security systems, lighting solutions, and solar-powered systems
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address installation or operational challenges
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and collaborate with a cross-functional team
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in similar roles within the smart home or building solutions industry is a plus
