Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology, located in the Mohali district. The role involves conducting lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in clinical psychology, facilitating an engaging and effective learning environment for students. The Assistant Professor will also participate actively in curriculum development, undertake scholarly research projects, and mentor students in their academic and professional growth. Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing student performance, contributing to departmental goals, and staying updated with current developments in the field.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) Pursuing / M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from any Premier Institute/University.
  • RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) license and adherence to ethical legal standards in psychology
  • Demonstrated expertise in Psychology and a deep understanding of Clinical Psychology practices
  • Experience in Curriculum Development and knowledge of modern teaching methodologies
  • University Teaching skills and a passion for fostering educational growth in a higher education setting
  • Strong Research capabilities, including publishing scholarly work and leading research initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in collaborating on academic and research projects, with a focus on innovation
