Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Data Quality Engineer with strong experience in AWS and Snowflake to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust data quality frameworks and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across our systems. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data quality checks, validation rules, and automated monitoring processes.

Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution with data owners and engineering teams. Build and manage data quality dashboards and reports. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data quality requirements.

Develop data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment solutions using Snowflake and AWS tools. Maintain documentation of data quality issues and resolutions. Create and maintain test data sets and test cases for validation.

Technical Skills Required:Data Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (data warehouse design, data modeling, and SQL scripting). Cloud Platform: Proficient in AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena). Data Quality Tools: Experience with tools like

Great Expectations, Deequ, or other open-source or enterprise data quality tools is a plus. Programming: Proficiency in Python or SQL for data validation and scripting. ETL/ELT Pipelines: Understanding of modern data pipeline development and orchestration.

Nice to Have:Familiarity with data governance tools and practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of CI/CD for data workflows. Exposure to data catalog tools (e.g., Alation, Collibra). Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
