We are looking for a young, dynamic, highly creative professional who can translate client briefs into powerful content ideas, campaigns, and brand solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who understands modern storytelling, is well spoken, and brings fresh energy to every project while confidently leading client conversations.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead creative content ideation across digital, social media, video, audio, and integrated campaigns.

● Understand and decode client briefs to deliver strategic concepts, content directions, and unique brand solutions.

● Present ideas effectively to clients with clarity, confidence, and strong communication skills.

● Collaborate closely with design, copy, production, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life.

● Maintain a deep understanding of trends, audience behaviour, and content formats across platforms.

● Develop structured content strategies, campaign storyboards, scripts, and mood boards.

● Ensure quality, originality, and brand alignment in all creative deliverables.

● Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted creative partner for their ongoing needs.

● Oversee execution to ensure that the final output matches the creative vision presented.

● Manage multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations with a solution-driven mindset.

Required Skills & Qualities

● 6-7 years of experience in creative content, digital marketing, advertising, or brand strategy.

● Strong command of creative thinking, storytelling, and content architecture.

● Excellent verbal and written communication; well spoken and confident in client interactions.

● Ability to think visually and conceptually; experience in script writing, campaign ideation, or content design is a plus.

● Sharp understanding of social media trends, formats, and consumer behaviour.

● Energetic, young, and dynamic personality with a proactive approach.

● Strong presentation skills with the ability to sell ideas convincingly.

● Highly organised and capable of managing multiple briefs simultaneously.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment.
