The Opportunity:

As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking relief from chronic hip and knee pain. This is more than a sales role; you are a counselor, an educator, and a beacon of hope. You will listen with empathy, build trust, and guide potential patients toward a life-changing solution with our Sahaj Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage & Connect: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective patients who have shown interest in our treatment.

* Understand Needs: Listen actively to understand their pain points, medical history, and concerns with deep empathy.

* Educate & Persuade: Clearly explain the benefits and process of Sahaj Therapy, answering questions and addressing objections effectively.

* Guide to a Solution: Successfully guide qualified patients toward booking a consultation and starting their treatment journey.

* Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed monthly targets while upholding the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred.

* Exceptional communication and listening skills in both Hindi and English.

* A high degree of empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

* A goal-oriented mindset with a resilient and positive attitude.

* A genuine passion for helping people improve their health and well-being.

* Must be based in Indore.

Experience in insurance sales preferred.
