- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads through various channels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to improve the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate value propositions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
