: Amalgam Steel is setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Durg, Chhattisgarh, with an annual capacity of 1,00,000 MT for producing:

Transmission Line Towers

Solar Structures

Railway Structures

High Masts & Poles

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head (Sr. General Manager / General Manager level) to lead the end-to-end establishment, commissioning, and operations of this greenfield project.

Responsibilities
:

  • Proven experience in greenfield project execution & plant commissioning (preferably steel fabrication / heavy structures)
  • 15–25 years of relevant experience in large-scale operations (50,000 MT+ capacity)
  • Strong leadership, technical acumen, and team-building capabilities

Qualifications
:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering

Required Skills
:

  • Strong leadership, technical acumen, and team-building capabilities

Preferred Skills
: Experience in large-scale operations and project management.

Pay range and compensation package
: CTC: Competitive, aligned with industry standards.
