About the Company: We are a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, dedicated to innovation and excellence in our operations.About the Role: Amalgam Steel is setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Durg, Chhattisgarh, with an annual capacity of 1,00,000 MT for producing:🔹 Transmission Line Towers🔹 Solar Structures🔹 Railway Structures🔹 High Masts & PolesWe’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head (Sr. General Manager / General Manager level) to lead the end-to-end establishment, commissioning, and operations of this greenfield project.Responsibilities:Proven experience in greenfield project execution & plant commissioning (preferably steel fabrication / heavy structures)15–25 years of relevant experience in large-scale operations (50,000 MT+ capacity)Strong leadership, technical acumen, and team-building capabilitiesQualifications:B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production EngineeringRequired Skills:Strong leadership, technical acumen, and team-building capabilitiesPreferred Skills: Experience in large-scale operations and project management.Pay range and compensation package: CTC: Competitive, aligned with industry standards.Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
