What You'll Do :
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their business needs and translate them into clear, actionable data requirements.
- Define and document key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental and company-wide performance.
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including internal databases, CRM systems, and external data feeds.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights hidden within complex datasets to drive strategicdecision-making and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality and collaborate with data owners to resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data-driven solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in BI to continuously improve analytical techniques and methodologies.
What You'll Need :
- 3-5 years of experience working in a business analyst or data analyst role, preferably with a focus on Business intelligence (BI) tools .
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology ,business analytics, or statistics.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Business intelligence (BI) tools reporting software like Tableau or Power Business intelligence (BI) tools .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
- Experience with data modeling and performance tuning techniques.
- Working knowledge of ETL ( Extract, Transform, and Load) techniques and tools for data transformation.
- Experience in conducting and leading quality control and testing initiatives for data and reports.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to build frameworks and standard processes for team members and mentor peers in scalable solutions for data architecture, metrics, and dashboard creation.
