Sales Coordinator (FEMALE)

Location - MG Road, Ernakulam

Salary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ernakulam

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and driving our success. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and managing customer databases.
  • Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely communication with potential customers.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales reports and presentations using Excel and Word.
  • Manage sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and filing system, including data entry in Tally Prime.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales coordination role or similar position.
  • Proficient in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Energetic, positive, and confident personality with a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
