Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cochin for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders,
assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales initiatives, handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain client satisfaction
and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies. The role also involves maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Sales principles and practices
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the innerwear or apparel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
