Role & responsibilities

Government Liaison & Compliance

  • Handles coordination and communication with government and regulatory bodies (Labour Department, Pollution Control Board, Industries Department, Fire & Safety, etc.).
  • Ensures timely renewal of licenses, permits, statutory registers, and compliance documentation.
  • Manages audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
  • Addresses legal or regulatory queries efficiently.

2. Office Administration

  • Oversees overall office administration, documentation, record-keeping, and facility management.
  • Manages procurement of office supplies, service contracts, and administrative budgets.
  • Monitor Billing & dispatch department
  • Ensures smooth coordination between departments for operational efficiency.
  • Supervises housekeeping, maintenance, and utility services.

3. Security Monitoring

  • Manages factory security systems, including CCTV monitoring, access control, guard deployment, and safety protocols.
  • Conducts periodic security audits and ensures adherence to safety standards.
  • Implements emergency response procedures and risk-management measures.

4. Labour & Workforce Management

  • Supervises labour attendance, allocation, shift planning, and productivity monitoring.
  • Ensures compliance with labour laws, wage regulations, and workplace policies.
  • Handles employee grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinates with contractors for manpower planning and deployment.

5. Canteen & Welfare Management

  • Oversees canteen operations to ensure hygiene, quality, and cost control.
  • Manages vendor contracts, pricing, and meal planning.
  • Ensures worker welfare activities and a safe, clean environment.
