Hiring Fresher - MARKETING SALES – Marketing Agency

Location: Wakad, Pune

BrandStoryline is a fast-growing marketing agency offering branding, advertising, and digital marketing solutions. We're looking for driven individuals who are eager to grow in the fields of marketing, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to potential clients and generate new business leads.
  • Schedule 1–2 client meetings daily and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Visit clients for presentations, service explanation, and deal closing.
  • Clearly communicate BrandStoryline's marketing services and value proposition.
  • Maintain daily activity reports, meeting updates, and CRM entries.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary (based on skills and experience).
  • Performance-based incentive:
  • Earn 30% commission on the first invoice value of every client you onboard.
  • Full amount credited without any deductions.
  • Petrol allowance provided for field visits.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
  • Freshers or MBA Marketing candidates with a passion for sales are welcome.
  • Professional attitude, strong follow-up skills, and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
