Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil to lead and manage our upcoming high-rise residential and commercial projects in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, especially in high-rise structures (G+10 and above). This is a full-time, site-based role requiring strong leadership, project execution skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
  • Manage and coordinate all site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with design, structural, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and approvals.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory bodies.
  • Implement effective project management systems and tools for smooth project tracking.
  • Ensure timely handover of completed projects to clients/stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple stakeholders and resolve site-level challenges with sound decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in civil construction, with at least 10 years in managing high-rise building projects (G+10 and above).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, structural systems, safety standards, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Kerala local building codes and regulations.
  • Willingness to relocate and work full-time at the Trivandrum project site.
