Senior CAD Draughtsman – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical

Location: Trivandrum

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for Experienced CAD Draughtsman (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) with a strong background in preparing and coordinating detailed drawings for multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed layouts for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works.
  • Draft Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Piping, Firefighting, Electrical & ELV layouts as per Project requirements.
  • Coordinate with all engineering disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
  • Certificate in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software (Revit, Navisworks, MicroStation, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of discipline-specific codes & standards.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, detailed drawings within tight deadlines.

Skills Advantage

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage).
  • Good coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail and quality in drafting.
