Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in Gwalior. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful integration of software development tasks. Day-to-day duties will include project management, team leadership, and coordinating the engineering efforts to meet company goals. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and lead a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
